New Module Feeder
The first step to high quality and grades in our new Kimbell module feeder. It can handle 3 ยฝ modules at a time, automatically adjusts the roller speed to maintain a constant flow, and helps blend cotton to increase the drying process.
Diamond K Cleaners
These cleaners break the up incoming cotton wads and allow a high volume of hot air to evenly penetrate fibers. Small leaf and trash particles are dislodged and removed. The Diamond K handles extremely wet cotton better than any other pre-cleaning machine.
Sentinel Lint Cleaners
Our Lummus Sentinel Lint Cleaners system is one of only two of its kinds in the state of Texas. It applies individual tufts of fiber directly to saws through high speed perforated air and dust separator cylinder. Conveying air and dust are effectively removed, and trash particles are never compressed into fiber.
Lummus Premier Dor-Les Press
This Lummus press has the capacity to handle 60 bales per hour. It uses an 18-in. lower ram with a 10-in. upper double acting cylinder.
Lummus 170 Gin Stands
Four Stands separate lint from seed using 170, 12-in, diameter saws with a capacity of 18 bales per hour.

As an independent gin, we have access to numerous independent buyers through TELMARK and The Seam. We also process any loan and LDP payments directly from the gin.
